Life before Medicine: Included everything from diary farming to ski lift operator to construction. Besides schooling, I also traveled to Honduras, Kenya, and Tanzania. Spent a lot of time in the backcountry, on the lakes, and skiing.

Favorite Books: I hate to read.

Favorite Music: Anything is better live, but my playlist has everything from Garth Brooks to Beastie Boys

Favorite Movie: It is really hard to be Dumb and Dumber, especially after a long, difficult call night.

Why you chose residency in Montana: Refer to my interests in and out of medicine...doesn't get any better than here in Montana!!!
